Skyrise Demolition is a specialist contractor providing
multi-disciplinary services ranging from consultancy and
demolishing buildings on land and ferry piers above the sea and
site formation. Skyrise has demolition personnel over 35 years
experience and has the resources and ability to manage small
and large scale projects.

天縉拆缷的主要人事架構，分別由工程顧問組、項目管理組和
施工組所組成。當中顧問組的成員，為持有專業執照的結構工
程師、土木工程師及景觀建築師，負責設計、政府送審及工程
質量和進度的管理，各成員均具超過二十多年的實際經驗。此
外，工程組的成員亦在行內具備超過二十多年的拆缷經驗。天
縉拆缷務求以最經濟、最高效率、最安全的工序，為其客戶誠
意地服務。
Environmental Consultancy Services
Asbestos –
Prior to commencement of any demolition works, it is essential to submit an Asbestos Investigation Report with
Asbestos Abatement Plan to the Environmental Protection
Department. This is to ensure that there is no disturbance to the
asbestos-containing materials. Our qualified subcontractor and
subconsultant will undertake all the government liaison,
approval and quality site delivery.
Tree Survey Landscape Design –
Prior to erection of steel site hoarding, it is necessary to conduct a site tree survey and
assessment. Our qualified landscape architect will prepare a
tree report to ensure that the existing trees are well protected and
considered during design stage of the site hoarding. We
have an extensive experience in government submission, liaison
and approval. We also supervise and work very closely with
our qualified landscape contractor to deliver tree transplantation,
protection, and maintenance works as committed. Regular tree
reports will be submitted to monitor the status of the retained
trees.
Environmental Demolition –
In view of site constraint and dense population in Hong Kong,demolition works using hydraulic breaker becomes a nuisance
to the public and environment. Instead, the use of grab crusher
is a solution to deliver an environmental friendly demolition
works.
Site Safety –
Skyrise Demolition has safety consultant to provide Registered Safety Officer under the Factories and
Industrial Undertakings Regulations for various occupational
safety and health consultancy services. We are responsible to
ensure safe execution of the demolition works.
